Kamal Sarma is the founder and CEO of Rezilium – an Optimized leader who is deeply passionate about the power in human communication and connection. Over the last 14 years he and his team have conducted research on why we struggle to connect and how our little insecurities accumulate to destroy personal, family, organizational connection and hence create ongoing global crises. He also explores the power of connection in the context of a world that is being redefined by emerging technologies. Kamal is also a master of mental resilience and influential communication.
