Under the microscope this month is the first collaboration between Tarantino & his best friend Robert Rodriquez, I’m talking about their vampire crime film, From Dusk Till Dawn. The films we will be investigating to see if they simply referenced them in this film or blatantly rip them off are, John Carpenter’s "Assault on Precinct 13" (1976) & William Wyler's, "The Desperate Hours" (1955).
